Custom Orders Policy
How approved custom production, customer files, and custom-order remedies are handled.
Approval and production
- Custom work starts only after the customer approves the final scope, specifications, and any quoted requirements.
- Once production starts, change-of-mind cancellation or return is usually unavailable.
Files and responsibility
- The customer must have the right to use any files, logos, or designs provided to EGY3D.
- EGY3D may refuse illegal, infringing, unsafe, or technically unsuitable custom requests.
Defects and mismatch
- Defective, damaged, or materially incorrect custom items remain eligible for review and remedy.
