Coverage
- Warranty support covers confirmed manufacturing defects and material issues within the documented support window for the product type.
- The appropriate remedy may be repair, replacement, remake, store credit, or refund depending on the case.
Exclusions
- Normal cosmetic variation in 3D printed surfaces, ordinary wear, misuse, unsafe use, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
- Customer-provided files or specifications that cause the issue are not treated as manufacturing defects.

- Contact EGY3D with the order number, a clear description, and supporting photos when relevant.
